We’re so glad you’re here. Below is a quick step-by-step guide to your arrival. Please watch the short videos and follow the instructions for a smooth, self check-in.
Before you Arrive:
Check your confirmation email for your suite name and code (last 4 digits of phone number used to book your reservation.
Plan to arrive after 3:00 pm check-in time.
Save this page for easy access on arrival.
Step 1: Arriving at Butler House
When you arrive in Stowe Village, Butler House will be easy to spot. Parking is available on-site. Please follow the signage and park in the space reserved for your suite.
Step 2: Walking to the Entrance
Make your way to the red door entrance of Butler House Stowe, right off the parking lot.
Step 3: Entering Butler House Stowe
Use the code provided in your confirmation email to unlock the red door. Follow the steps shown in the video.
Enter the code.
Press the unlock button at the top of the keypad.
Step 4: Confirming your Suite Location
Find the Welcome Board in the entryway. Locate the card with your first name and suite number. Alongside you will find helpful information on locating your suite. Keep the card with you in case you need to contact us during your stay.
Step 5: Entering Your Suite
Use the last 4 digits of the phone number used to book your reservation to enter your suite. Be sure to press the unlock symbol. Once inside, you’ll see a parking permit to put on the dashboard of your vehicle and a helpful information book with everything you need for a relaxing stay and some of our favorite things to do in Stowe.
