- 9% Vermont state rooms tax is applicable to daily rates.
- Until confirmed rates are subject to change without notice.
- Two night minimum on Weekends (three night minimum for some holidays).
- Check-in welcome from 3 pm to 6 pm (later check-ins may be arranged in advance).
- Check-out requested by 11 am .
Payment:
Payment may be made by cash or certified check. Reservaitions must be secured by a deposit equal to one night’s stay or 50% for extended stays.
Cancellation Policy:
With at least a 14 day notice, we will gladly refund your deposit less a $30 processing fee. For cancellations with less than 14 days notice, deposit will be refunded less fee provided room is rebooked. Guests arriving after or departing before dates reserved, or those who fail to show are responsible for the entire stay.
Smoking Policy:
Butler House maintains a NON-SMOKING environment.
Pet Policy:
Regretfully, we do not accept pets.
